The founder’s background spans several business sectors; including private businesses, public entities, government, non-profit, education, retail, and service.
In addition to the sector expertise, the founder gained more than 25 years of managerial, quality management, leadership, and customer service experience while working at FedEx Express Corporation and the Internal Revenue Service in Memphis, Tennessee.
The knowledge and expertise was regularly deployed when leading projects during a 30 plus year career at FedEx Express and while serving in multiple roles with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program in Baltimore, Maryland; including the Board of Examiners and Panel of Judges' from 2008 through 2017.
